To ensure you can resume working with your QNix® measuring device as quickly as possible, we place great importance on fast repair service. The turnaround time is usually 3–5 business days, depending on how quickly we receive approval of the cost estimate. All repairs and replaced parts come with a six-month warranty.
Repair
Please send us your QNix® measuring device with a detailed description of the issue, a contact person for any follow-up questions,
and contact details for order processing.
Inspection & Cost Estimate
We will inspect your device and provide a cost estimate.
After approval, we will carry out the repair, including a test certificate.
Shipping
Please pack the device securely and send it to our service address.
Kalibrierung
Please send us your QNix® measuring device along with your order.
Please provide the contact details of the person(s) for any follow-up questions. If the certificate must meet specific requirements, please let us know in advance.
Order Processing
We will inspect your coating thickness gauge and provide a cost estimate. After approval, we will carry out the calibration, adjustment, and any necessary service work.
Shipping: Please pack the device securely and send it in.
Warranty
Please send us your QNix® measuring device with a copy of the invoice or delivery note, a detailed description of the issue, a contact person for any follow-up questions, and contact details for order processing.
Inspection & Warranty Claim
We will inspect your device and verify the warranty claim. After inspection, the completion will be carried out, including a new test certificate.

Loan Device
If you need a loan device to bridge the repair period, we will be happy to provide one for a fee.
