4. Data Collection on This Website

Cookies

Our websites use so-called "cookies." Cookies are small data packages and do not cause any harm to your device. They are stored either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (persistent cookies) on your device. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Persistent cookies remain on your device until you delete them yourself or they are automatically deleted by your web browser.
Cookies can originate from us (first-party cookies) or from third-party companies (so-called third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable the integration of certain services from third-party companies within websites (e.g., cookies for processing payment services).
Cookies serve various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary because certain website features would not work without them (e.g., the shopping cart function or video display). Other cookies can be used to analyze user behavior or for advertising purposes.
Cookies that are necessary for the execution of the electronic communication process, for providing certain functions you request (e.g., the shopping cart function), or for optimizing the website (e.g., cookies for measuring website traffic) (necessary cookies) are stored on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing necessary cookies to provide its services in a technically error-free and optimized manner. If consent for the storage of cookies and comparable recognition technologies has been obtained, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG); consent can be revoked at any time.
You can configure your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only on a case-by-case basis, block the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or in general, and enable the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
You can find information about which cookies and services are used on this website in this privacy policy.

Cookiebot then stores a cookie in your browser to associate the consents you have given or withdrawn. The data collected in this way are stored until you request us to delete them, delete the Cookiebot cookie yourself, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
The use of Cookiebot is intended to obtain the legally required consents for the use of cookies. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.8

Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the form, including the contact details you enter, will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) if such consent has been obtained; consent can be revoked at any time.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request their deletion, withdraw your consent for storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g., after your inquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory legal provisions—particularly retention periods—remain unaffected.

Inquiries via E-Mail, Telephone, or Fax

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone, or fax, your inquiry, including all personal data contained therein (e.g., name, inquiry), will be stored and processed for the purpose of handling your request. We do not share this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and Internet usage to the website operator.
