The type of coating used – wet paint or powder coating – influences the entire process. Wet paints change their layer thickness during drying. What initially looks perfect can later become too thin or too thick, affecting both protection and appearance. Powder coatings, on the other hand, must be applied evenly before curing. Irregularities remain after hardening and are difficult to correct.
