Our QNix® measuring devices are developed and manufactured to high-quality standards. We prioritize not only the precision and reliability of the devices but also compliance with all relevant legal requirements in the areas of environmental protection and safety.
Declaration of Conformity: RoHS II, WEEE, ElektroStoffV, ElektroG
Within the framework of European legislation, our devices comply with the following requirements:
- RoHS II (2011/65/EU): Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
- WEEE: Directive on the disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment.
- ElektroStoffV / ElektroG: Implementation of the EU directives into German law.
Since May 9, 2013, the German Ordinance on Electrical and Electronic Equipment Substances (ElektroStoffV) has been in effect, which implements the EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS II) in Germany.

The Automation Dr. Nix GmbH & Co. KG is registered with the relevant authorities:
- WEEE Registration Number: DE 78730449
- Applies to small devices used exclusively outside private households.

- All devices distributed by us are in accordance with the specifications of our suppliers, including labeling and documentation.
- The maximum allowable concentrations of hazardous substances are not exceeded according to the RoHS Directive.
- Product modifications or new developments are carried out by us and our suppliers continuously in accordance with RoHS requirements implemented.
