A. Shipping Information
We ship standardly within the European Union and to Switzerland. We use reliable carriers such as UPS or TNT.
You can find the shipping costs in the overview below.
If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us in advance.
Please provide us with the desired item, the required quantity, and the full delivery address (including country and postal code). We will then check the shipping options and costs with our logistics partner and inform you about availability and fees.
I. Shipping within Germany
The shipping costs are 12.00 EUR plus VAT
II. Shipping within the EU
For deliveries to EU countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of 32.00 EUR plus VAT
III. Shipping to countries outside the EU
For countries outside the EU, shipping costs are determined individually.
Automatic calculation in the shop is not possible for this.
B. Delivery Times
For stock items, the delivery time within Germany is usually 6–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the shop.
C. Payment Information
I. Deliveries within Germany
The following payment methods are available:
- PayPal
- Credit card
- Direct bank transfer
II. Deliveries to non-EU countries
For orders outside the EU we do not offer SEPA payment by invoice.
Alternatively, standard bank transfers (fees to be paid by the customer) as well as common online payment methods are available.
Please note:
For SEPA transfers from non-EU countries, fees in the amount of 10.00 to 40.00 EUR may apply (e.g. Switzerland).
